Gabriella Rodriguez is the founder and owner of Seasonal Farm Salads, a San Antonio-based upstart dedicated to providing fresh, locally sourced salads and wraps. Born and raised in San Antonio, Gabriella excelled as a standout volleyball player at James Madison High School before continuing her athletic and academic journey at Schreiner University, where she played volleyball for two years. She later completed her undergraduate degree at Texas State University and went on to earn a master’s degree from Hastings College, where she also served as an assistant volleyball coach. Passionate about fresh, sustainable food and supporting Texas farmers, Gabriella launched Seasonal Farm Salads to bring high-quality, farm-fresh ingredients to her community. Her business can be found at The Pearl Farmers Market and Rose Hip Market, where she continues to share her love for wholesome, locally sourced meals.
