Sylvia Mizielinska

Sylvia Mizielinska , also known as Sylvia Mizi, is a published photographer, born and raised in Poland, who has made San Antonio her home. Her signature style is defined by a bold focus on color and a unique ability to isolate elements within a frame, revealing beauty that often escapes the ordinary eye. Whether capturing artistic portraits, nature’s fleeting details, or the vibrancy of street life, she seeks to highlight what others might overlook. Though she developed a passion for photography as a teenager, it was after moving to San Antonio that she fully embraced the art form, inspired by the city’s vibrant culture and diverse landscapes. Rather than capturing the obvious, Sylvia gravitates toward the unexpected details, drawing the viewer into a more intimate perspective. Through her lens, she celebrates the textures, colors, and moments that make up the fabric of the community, inviting viewers to see the extraordinary within the everyday.
